The PQRFS format of the Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral is a document intended for the reception and management of Requests, Complaints, Claims, Suggestions and Congratulations, allowing users to express their concerns or comments formally for prompt attention.
g. Formato responsabilidad Bici experiencia
The Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral's Bike Experience Responsibility Form is a document that exempts the institution from liability in the event of accidents or damages during participation in the Bike Experience activity, establishing the conditions and commitments of the user.
h. Responsabilidad ingreso túnel vehicular
The Vehicular Tunnel Entry Responsibility Document of the Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral It is an agreement in which the user assumes full responsibility for any incident or damage that occurs when entering the vehicular tunnel, exempting the Cathedral from any type of claim.
